Bookings

Online bookings are requests until confirmed by our team. Please provide accurate contact details so we can reach you.

Health and suitability

Please tell us about any medical conditions, allergies, medication, pregnancy or recent procedures before your treatment. We may adjust or decline a treatment where it may not be suitable. Spa treatments are not a substitute for medical advice or care.

Consultation-based treatments

Some treatments are offered only after a consultation and suitability assessment, and are priced individually.

Prices

Prices are in Uganda Shillings and may change. The price confirmed at booking applies to that appointment.

Conduct

We maintain a respectful, professional environment for clients and staff. We may refuse service where this is not respected.
