How do I book an appointment?
Book online in a few steps from the Book Now button, call us, or send a WhatsApp message. You will receive a booking reference once your request is submitted.
Is my booking confirmed immediately?
Online bookings are received as requests and confirmed by our team, usually within working hours. You will be notified as soon as it is confirmed.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive about 10 minutes before your appointment so you can settle in and complete any consultation notes without rushing.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. You can manage your booking from your account or with your booking reference and phone number.
Which treatments need a consultation?
Skin tag removal and IV therapies are offered only after a consultation and suitability assessment. Requests for these treatments are not confirmed until the consultation is complete.
I am pregnant — can I still have a treatment?
We offer a dedicated prenatal massage. Please tell us your stage of pregnancy when booking and follow any guidance from your doctor or midwife.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money and bank transfer. Payment details are confirmed by our team at the spa.
